Our London Bridges Walk returns for 2026!

Miles of meaning

Making every step count!

Lace up your trainers and spread the word – our London Bridges Walk is back!  Taking place on Sunday 8 March 2026, this popular family-friendly walking challenge offers two different routes that both take in some of the capital’s most iconic bridges and landmarks.

The sponsored walk challenges participants to tackle either five or ten miles through the capital, while raising vital funds for hospice care.

Everybody who takes part in this year’s walk is encouraged to raise at least £266 in sponsorship. This could help provide a day of specialist nursing care for a local person – providing medical, practical and emotional support to help them get the best out of every day while living with a progressive life-limiting illness.

Walkers who raise over £532 – enough to fund two days of specialist nursing care for a local person living with a progressive life-limiting illness – will receive a free event hoodie to wear with pride on the day.

“I’m taking part in the London Bridges Walk with my husband, Andy. We love heading into London anyway, so this is a lovely opportunity to enjoy some of the best scenery the capital has to offer, while raising money for a wonderful cause. As a Rennie Grove Peace nurse I see first-hand the difference that our services make to local people. I hope that taking part in the London Bridges Walk will encourage other people to do whatever they can to support the charity.”

“Our London Bridges Walk is always popular with people who want to take on a challenge while taking in some of the best sights London has to offer.

“I’d like to thank our sponsor, Origin, for supporting the event again. Events like this wouldn’t be possible without the phenomenal support of our community.”
