We’re delighted to launch Your Care Matters, our new way of listening to what people think about the care we provide.
Previously, we used an external provider to collect feedback from people who use our services, as well as their loved ones and carers. We’ve now brought this process in-house, giving us a more direct and meaningful way to hear about people’s experiences of our care.
Bringing feedback in-house gives us greater ownership of the process and new opportunities to build on the valuable feedback we’ve always received. It will help us identify themes, celebrate what’s working well and use what we hear to continue developing and improving our services.
Most importantly, Your Care Matters puts the experiences of the people we support at the heart of our approach to feedback.
Why feedback matters
Listening to the people we support is an important part of making sure our care continues to meet their needs and focuses on what matters most to them.
Share your experience
The Your Care Matters feedback form is short, simple and anonymous.
If you or someone close to you has received care from Rennie Grove Peace, we’d love to hear about your experience.
Your feedback will help us understand what matters to the people we support, celebrate what we do well and identify where we can continue to improve.
