Dementia support group

Are you living with dementia or memory impairment, or caring for someone who is? We’d love to welcome you to the Smile Support Hub in St Albans – a warm, friendly place where you can enjoy music, games and company.

The hub is all about having fun, making connections, and feeling supported. Whether you enjoy joining in with activities or just want to relax, there’s something for everyone. You can come along with your family, a friend, or carer – the hub is for everyone who wants to share a happy, relaxed time together.

The Smile Support Hub runs from 10.30am to 12.00pm at Grove House, St Albans, every second Wednesday of the month (first one on 11 March) so you can make it part of your routine and enjoy regular social time.

The first session on 11 March is free. All sessions after that will cost £7 per person. Our friendly volunteers will be there to help you feel comfortable, supported, and included.

Come along for live music, a fun quiz, homemade cakes, and refreshments – and leave with a smile!
