Gardening Group

This group is designed to support you, whether you’d like to return to gardening or try it for the first time, but haven’t been able to because of illness or because you don’t have access to an outdoor area at home. By taking part in relaxed, group‑based gardening activities, you can boost both your physical and social well‑being, while sharing experiences and encouragement with others.

Courses will run when there’s enough interest, so your participation truly makes a difference. If you’d like to attend, you’ll just need to complete an assessment with a Rennie Grove Peace clinician before joining, to ensure the group is right for your needs.
