Thinking ahead – a conversation about future care

Most people want a ‘good death’, but what does this actually mean?  

Come along to a free event to understand more, to chat and ask questions.  

Because dying does matter.  

• Are you becoming frail or supporting a loved one who is? 
• Want help thinking about future wishes or discussing this with those close to you?  
• Want to learn more about Advance Care Planning and the ReSPECT form, and what it all means?  
• Interested in the range of support available from your local hospice, Rennie Grove Peace?   

Disability access is via the front and side door. There will be information stalls from other organisations who can support you, and a break with refreshments.
