Route maps

Please note that the route is undulating and uneven in places which makes it unsuitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.  Each route is marked by the Ridgeway Acorn and marshals will be along the route to direct you and provide assistance.  

7 mile route

Starting at Princes Risborough School, this 6.5 mile walk will finish in Hampden Meadows where you will be able to get a bus back to the start point (see bus time table below). Click here to view the map (the map will open in a new tab)

10.5 mile route

Starting at Princes Risborough School, you will need to get a bus from Wendover station to Tring station where you will then continue your walk to Ivinghoe Beacon (see bus timetable below). Click here to view the map (the map will open in a new tab)

18.5 mile route

Starting at Princes Risborough School, this 18.5 mile walk will finish at Ivinghoe Beacon where you will be able to get a bus back to the start point (see bus time table below). Click here to view the map (the map will open in a new tab)
