Letters from Father Christmas Terms and Conditions

1. Order Deadline
All orders must be placed by Monday, 8 December 2025 to guarantee dispatch in time for Christmas. Orders received after this date may not be fulfilled.

2. Personalisation Details
Please ensure all personalisation fields (e.g. child’s name, age, hobby, achievements, and wish list) are completed accurately. The information provided will appear exactly as entered in the letter, so please double-check for spelling errors before submitting.

3. Delivery Information
Letters will be posted by Wednesday, 11 December 2025 via Royal Mail Second Class. All letters in a single order will be sent to the same postal address. If you require letters to be sent to multiple addresses, please submit a separate order for each.

4. Postal Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail once the letters have been dispatched.

5. Donation Amount
Each letter is available for a £10 donation. You may choose to add an additional donation during checkout to further support our work delivering extraordinary hospice care.

6. Letter Content
Letters are personalised using the details you provide and are written in a festive, child-friendly tone. They do not reference the donation, ensuring the magic of Christmas is preserved.

7. Refunds & Changes
Due to the personalised nature of the letters, we are unable to offer refunds or make changes once your order has been submitted. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
