As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a friendly rehabilitation team, helping to create a welcoming, encouraging space where patients can take part at their own pace. You don’t need to be an expert — just someone who’s kind, supportive, and happy to get involved.
🧩 What you’ll be doing
- Supporting exercise sessions alongside our physiotherapy team
- Encouraging and chatting with patients throughout the session
- Helping set up equipment and refreshments
- Assisting patients to move safely around the space
- (If you’d like to!) leading warm-ups or cool-downs once you feel confident
