Retail and Trading New Goods Admin Volunteer

We have a range of specially selected New Goods that are distributed to each of our 33 shops for sale, and the team really need volunteers to help them make this process as quick and efficient as possible.

Our Retail and trading team work tirelessly to help raise the funds we need to support local patients and their families. We have a range of specially selected New Goods that are distributed to each of our 33 shops for sale, and the team really need volunteers to help them make this process as quick and efficient as possible.

 

Main tasks

  • uploading information about each product onto our produce management system
  • putting purchase orders onto the system in the correct categories
  • from the purchase order, allocating stock to each individual shop so that the picking sheets can be produced
  • other admin tasks as required, such as photocopying, laminating etc.

What are we looking for?

  • someone with good attention to detail who can follow a well-defined process
  • someone who is organised and methodical
  • a flexible approach to help with any tasks that will support the team
