  • Learn about Advance Care Planning and the ReSPECT form 

  • Explore what a “good death” means

Speakers: Dr. Bethan Rees (Harpenden Primary Care Network) and Dr. Sarah Klinger (Rennie Grove Peace) will share their insights and answer questions during the event.
