About our Liberty Tea Rooms CompassionART Café, Hemel Hempstead CompassionART Cafés are drop-in sessions that provide a safe space for people to come together
CompassionART Cafés are drop-in sessions that provide a safe space for people to come together and express themselves through art. They are aimed at anyone who has experienced bereavement and those who might be lonely due to illness.
There are many wellbeing benefits of arts and crafts. Tapping into art and creative activities can help with relaxation and mindfulness, giving you something to focus on and an outlet to express yourself. We know that art can be a fantastic way to convey emotions and reduce stress and so we’re delighted to be offering it at our CompassionART Cafés.
There is no need to book, so please just come along.
