Make a dedication in Memory

You can choose from leaves of Copper Beech, Silver Birch or Autumn Gold.  We also offer a limited number of poppies with space for an expanded dedication.

If you make a one-off payment, your leaf or poppy will remain in place for one year. At the end of your year, you can either renew your dedication or we will send it back to you to keep.

If you make a monthly payment, your leaf or poppy will remain for as long as you choose to continue with your payment. However, if you decide to cancel your direct debit or contact us asking to conclude your dedication, we will return it to you.

How to order your leaf or poppy

1. Choose whether you wish to dedicate a leaf or a poppy, and which colour leaf you prefer.
2. Choose the words that you would like to have engraved. For a leaf you have 28 characters. For a poppy you have 55 characters. Character count includes punctuation and spacing.
3. Select either single donation for the year or monthly direct debit.
4. Fill out the form by clicking on the link below
5. You will receive notification when your leaf is on the tree, or your poppy is beside it.
6. As the end of your year approaches, we will contact you to see if you would like your leaf to remain in place for a further year or would prefer it to be returned to you.
