Fund a Nurse 2024
This year our goal is to raise £70,000 enough to fund a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Your support means that our team of specialist nurses can be on hand to care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and support entire families. We want to be here for people for as long as we’re needed.
Sadly, too many people are missing out on the care and support they need. Around one in four people who die each year are unable to receive the care they need at the end of their lives. With your help, we can improve this statistic in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
We spoke with Helen who gave us an insight into her role as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for our Hospice at Home team in Buckinghamshire.
