Here are some frequently asked questions from customers about shopping online with us.
While there is some overlap in what we sell in our different online shops, you will find that our:
- eBay shop has the widest range and variety of pre loved and new products. In addition to clothes, shoes and accessories, you will find a treasure trove of items ranging from collectables to sporting goods to musical instruments.
- Online shop has a handpicked selection of new items, including cards and gifts. In addition to seasonal products, we also stock a range of products throughout the year. You can also purchase our Donation Cards on our online shop, which are great gifts to give back and help provide our vital services.
We offer delivery by Royal Mail or DPD, depending on weight, and a collection service.
Click and collect is available from our Retail and Trading Head Office, Monday to Friday 9-5pm, Bainbridge House, 2 Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, Herts, HP4 1EH.
It is also available at some of our high street shops – please call us on 01442 871627 or fill in the form below to enquire whether it is available at your local shop.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days. Please note that orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until the first working day of the following week.
The general rule is that we will refund items returned to us within 14 days. Please note that the return process is slightly different for the different shops
- eBay shop: we will refund any items that are returned to us within 14 days, providing they are returned through the eBay return process.
- Online shop: we will refund or exchange any items that are returned to us within 14 days, providing they are returned in the original packaging and unused. We will ask that you arrange and pay for the return unless the items are faulty. To make a return, please contact us on either online@renniegrovepeace.org or 01442 871627
Delivery charges are slightly different for each of our shops:
- eBay shop: we offer combined postage on our eBay shop; invoices are processed once the auction ends. Postage is calculated based on weight
- Online shop: Postage is set at a fixed price of £5.95, either Royal Mail or DPD

We have a wide range volunteer opportunities across the charity. Within retail, we simply couldn’t run our 32 charity shops, or our complex ecommerce operation with its distribution centre in Bainbridge House in Berkhamsted without help from our incredible volunteers.

Local charity shops supporting care Rennie Grove’s charity shops raise vital funds to support our services. When you shop at or donate to one of our shops, you’re helping hospice patients in Bucks and Herts with life-limiting illness achieve the best quality of life possible. And your support means the Rennie Grove nurses can visit more patients, day and night, so they can stay at home, with their families.
