"When Pauline visits, we often go to the shops or a garden centre and have a coffee. We talk about everything and anything. She really listens to me and I’m so glad I have got to know her."
How often are visits? Visits are normally one hour per week and are arranged to be convenient for you and your Compassionate Neighbour.
What can I expect? Compassionate Neighbours provide support and a listening ear, helping you reconnect with your local community and enjoy activities together.
It's free! Our Compassionate Neighbour service is free thanks to the generosity of our volunteers and local community.
“They come round every week and we play Scrabble together – love it! Really cheers me up!”
