Remember your loved ones and join with the local community at one of our events
The festive season is a special time to be with friends and family. We know that this can be a particularly difficult time of year as we are reminded of loved ones who are no longer with us. Remembering that person by lighting a candle in their memory at one of our Light up a Life services can help you through a challenging time of year.
This year, we will be holding three services in our community:
- St Albans Cathedral, St Albans Saturday 23 November at 2.30pm
- Duke Street Gardens, Princes Risborough Sunday 24 November at 4pm
- All Saints Parish Church, High Wycombe Saturday 30 November at 2.30pm
The format of each service varies, but there is always an opportunity to light a candle in memory of a loved one and everyone is very welcome to join us.

"Light up a Life means a great deal to me. I have managed to attend all the services that have been arranged in my area since my husband, Mike, died in 1986.
To be able to sit and reflect on our departed loved ones with others doing the same thing is so special."
