Announcing our membership to the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion

We are delighted to share that we are now a member of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI). The ENEI is a UK-based, not-for-profit organisation that helps employers build and maintain diverse teams and inclusive cultures through membership, training, and consultancy services.

At Rennie Grove Peace, we are committed to creating a culture that is diverse and inclusive, where everyone feels welcome – colleagues, patients, families, friends and carers. We want Rennie Grove Peace to be a great place to work, where everyone feels like they belong. All of this is fundamental in enabling us to support and collaborate with our local community, helping us to provide our care to everyone who needs it. 

This membership offers us access to some of the latest EDI information, advice, support, and networking opportunities. This support will help us to embed a culture of equality and inclusion, and continue to develop our workplace into a place where everyone feels they belong.  

We will utilise our membership and the tools provided to support us to establish our EDI priorities, help develop our EDI Strategy, action plan and culture, and provide opportunities for all our teams, including Trustees and Leadership, to continue to make a difference.
