Tring Beer Festival and Band Night 2025 Terms & Conditions

Event Overview
The Tring Beer Festival and Band Night will take place on Friday 11th July, from 2:00pm to 11:00pm, in the Tring Brewery Marquee at Pound Meadow, Tring.

1. Ticketing

• Tickets must be purchased in advance via our website: https://renniegrovepeace.org/get-involved/fundraising-events/whats-on/tring-beer-festival-and-band-night/ or from the Tring Brewery Shop.
• Tickets will also be available on the door, subject to availability.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

2. Charitable Purpose

• All proceeds from the event will support Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care.

3. Alcohol Consumption

• Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 or over with valid photo ID.
• Event staff and management reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

4. Behaviour & Safety

• Anti-social, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the venue without refund.
• Attendees must follow all venue rules and instructions from event staff.
• No illegal substances, weapons, or outside alcohol are permitted on the premises.

5. Photography & Media

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed for promotional and fundraising purposes by Rennie Grove Peace.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member on arrival.

6. Event Changes

• The line-up and event schedule are subject to change without notice.
• If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Liability

• The organisers, Rennie Grove Peace and Tring Brewery accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event, unless caused by the negligence of the organisers or its staff.

8. Accessibility

• We aim to make our events accessible to all. Please contact us in advance with any specific accessibility needs so we can make suitable arrangements.

9. Communications & Data Use

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related communications via email. This includes essential event details and updates.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties.
• Rennie Grove Peace may process your information for event management and emergency purposes in accordance with data protection laws.
