Our care is free to everyone we support, and with only 14% of our funding coming from statutory sources, we rely on the generosity of supporters, like you, to continue providing vital hospice care across our community.

We’ll ask for the child’s name, something they enjoy doing, something they’ve achieved or are proud of this year, and what’s on their Christmas wish list. These help Father Christmas personalise the letter with festive cheer – so please double-check all spellings!

Letters will be posted by Royal Mail second class by 11 December 2025 to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas. Please allow 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch for your letter to arrive.

Each letter is sealed in a red and gold-lined envelope, wax sealed with a north pole stamp. To keep the festive magic discreet, your Father Christmas letter will arrive in a white outer envelope addressed to the person who placed the order, with the special red envelope and letter safely inside.

Yes! You can order multiple letters by increasing the quantity on the order form. All letters in a single order will be sent to the same postal address. If you’d like letters delivered to different addresses, please submit a separate order for each one. Plus, use the discount code LETTERS15 when ordering 2 or more letters for 15% off.

No, the letter is purely magical and festive. It won’t mention the donation, so it’s perfect for surprising little ones.

The letter is designed for children, but it can be enjoyed by anyone who loves a bit of Christmas magic!

We’re unable to customise letters beyond the standard personalisation fields, but rest assured—they’re full of festive cheer!
