We’re here for you – and your loved ones - right from the moment you are diagnosed with a progressive life-limiting illness, offering emotional support and welcoming spaces where you can connect with others.

Our Living Well centres in St Albans and Watford offer free classes designed to give you the confidence to live well with your illness. From exercise and wellbeing classes through to complementary therapies like massage and reflexology, plus our popular eight-week Living Well Programme, gardening groups, and much more.
