What the Living Well Programme offers:
- Personalised one-to-one support from experienced healthcare professionals
- Goal setting to help you focus on what matters most
- Mindfulness techniques to stay present and reduce stress
- Guided meditation and relaxation to help calm your mind and body
- Tips for managing fatigue and boosting daily energy
- Practical advice on navigating benefits and available support
- Support with planning for the future, at your own pace
- Emotional support in a safe, understanding environment
- Simple nutrition advice to help you feel your best

What dates can I attend? Courses run one day a week for 10 weeks, 10:30 am to 2pm on Tuesdays or Thursdays

Is there a cost? Our services are free thanks to the generosity of our local community who fund 86% of our services.
