“It felt very scary to think about the future and plan ahead because since my diagnosis I have been taking every day as it comes, but the three-week Rennie Grove Peace Advance Care Plan course gently guided my husband and I through what we needed to think about.”
Thinking and planning ahead

One-to-one or group sessions

We will help you explore key questions such as:
- What matters most to me in life and care?
- Where would I prefer to be cared for?
- What treatments would I want – or not want?
- Who do I trust to speak for me if I can’t? (e.g. lasting power of attorney)
- How do I plan for emergencies?
- What might care look like if I need more support?
- How can I refuse treatments or make resuscitation decisions?
- How do I make a Will?

Who can I bring? You can attend the course alone, or with a loved one.

It's free! Our services are free thanks to the generosity of our local community who fund 86% of our services.
