Illness can sometimes affect your day-to-day life, but you're not alone. Our team will work with you to set meaningful goals - and support you in achieving them, whether it's building confidence, maintaining independence, improving daily functioning, or enhancing your overall wellness.

Access a range of classes and one-to-one support

As well as one-to-one support, we offer a range of rehabilitation and wellbeing sessions to help you live well with your illness, including exercise classes, wellbeing sessions, complementary therapies and art therapy.

Exercise classes

Help build strength and boost confidence in a fun and friendly group while working towards your personal goals. Designed to help you feel confident exercising on your own - at home or anywhere.

Our complementary therapies

Having a life-limiting illness can be a time of high-stress and worry. Our range of free complementary therapies will help you relax and promote your emotional wellbeing. Complementary therapies can also help with specific symptoms and side effects of being unwell, such as nausea, digestive problems and difficulty sleeping.

Our creative therapy team is here to help you explore, accept and understand your emotions through creative pursuits. This is a free service.

Our creative therapy team offer these free sessions:

Weekly creative workshops A structured group session where you do a different creative activity each week.

Open Art Table An unstructured group session where you can engage with the art materials however you like.

One-to-one sessions Individual creative therapy if you prefer to work one-to-one.
