Support that is personalised for you

Access a range of classes and one-to-one support

“The fact the class is so friendly means I look forward to going and get a lot from it. I often feel less breathless after a class than I did before it.”
Exercise classes
“The higher-level exercise class gives me the benefits of attending a class – the motivation to keep going and the social side, but in a way that I know is safe for me following my diagnosis.”
Our complementary therapies

“The therapists treated me with such respect, and they had time to listen to me. I was treated as a whole person, with emotional needs as well as physical ones. I was made to feel important and listened to, like someone was wrapping me up in kindness and care.”
Explore your emotions through art
