“The support hub provides both me and my husband with a great chance to get out of the house that is local to us and an opportunity to meet others. The exercise sessions and activities provide my husband, who has dementia, something to focus on and helps him with his balance. The group gives me a chance to chat with others and I would really like to connect with more people”
