Our purpose is to provide the quality hospice care our community needs. We support local people within Bucks and Herts who are living with a progressive life-limiting illness, enabling them to live well with illness, in the place that best suits their needs.

Patricia and George’s Story
Patricia and George receive support through our Compassionate Neighbour programme. For additional respite, Patricia also attends a local Support Hub to spend time with others who are in similar positions.

Monica’s Story
After Monica's husband died, she sought ways to help navigate her grief. She began to attend our Compassionate Cafés, enrolled in our Compassionate Neighbour programme and received 1:1 bereavement support.
