How to access hospice care and support

We're here to help

We provide free care and support for people living in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
You can contact us at any stage after diagnosis. It’s never too early to reach out.
Getting in touch doesn’t commit you to anything. It’s simply a conversation to understand your needs and see how we can help.
If we don’t provide care in your area, we’ll guide you to the right local support.
You don’t need to have all the answers. We’re here to listen, advise and support you.
We also offer support for family members, friends and carers.
You can refer yourself, or a loved one can make a referral for you.
