Bags that Matter
We are making it easier for you to donate your clothing by organising donation drop-off points in the local community!
Come along to our donation drop off at Waitrose in Berkhamstead on Wednesday 14 January 2026. We’re asking the community to come together and help us fill a van with great quality clothing donations of unwanted Christmas gifts. From clothing with tags that isn’t your style, unopened bath sets and games, your donations could make a huge difference to local people needing our care and support.
How does it work?
Step 1 Have a clear-out or collect some of your unwanted gifts
Step 2 Fill up your donation bag
Step 3 Drop off your donation bag at Waitrose, Berkhamsted, on 14 January (between 9am-1pm)
We would love your good quality unwanted/unused gifts in a sellable condition – i.e. clean with no damage, tears or stains. Donating items in an unsellable state costs us money, so please only donate items that can be displayed on a shop floor!
Find out more about what you can donate here.
We would love to arrange more van donation points in the future, and are working with other local businesses to organise these. Keep an eye on this page and on our social media channels for further updates.
