Each adult needs to register individually through the correct ticket type so we can collect the right medical information to follow health and safety guidelines.

If you’re attending as a family with two adults, please choose the Family Ticket option. The second adult will receive their own registration link after the primary booker signs up.

If you’re a group of adults attending together (e.g., friends or colleagues), each person will need to complete their own Single Adult registration.

Once you have registered, you will receive a link to your own fundraising page. On your page you will see an option to create or join a team. If you create a team you can choose your own team name, add a team photo or story and share your team page where others can then choose to join your team. If you want to join an existing team, search for the team name or ask a friend or family member to share the team page with you, then click “Join Team.

You only need to create a team when you are buying more than one adult ticket.
This includes:

  • Multiple adult tickets, or
  • A Family Ticket (because this covers 2 adults)

If your booking includes any children’s tickets (unless it is a family ticket), the team setup does not apply.
This means:

  • 1 adult + children – No team needed
  • A single child ticket – No team needed
  • 1 adult ticket – No team needed

You can simply skip the “Teams” section of the form, by selecting ‘no thanks’

Only bookings with multiple adults need to create a team.

Your entry fee covers the cost of putting on the event. Any sponsorship you raise goes directly towards hospice care within Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. We ask you to pledge to raise £250 per person, which could fund a physiotherapist for a day, in our Inpatient Unit, at home or through our Living Well programme. Physiotherapy helps to manage symptoms and aid relaxation for our patients.

If you raise over £572 you will receive a free event hoodie! £572 could fund two full days of care from a specialist nurse, providing expert support and symptom management in our Inpatient Unit, at home, or through our Living Well programme.

We’ll support you with:

• Your own fundraising page

• Simple ideas to help you reach your target

• Encouragement every step of the way from our team

• A free event t-shirt & medals waiting for you at the finish line
