We’re urgently recruiting for nurses, paramedics, and healthcare assistants to join our Community Hospice at Home team. In this vital role, you’ll visit patients in their own homes to provide personalised care and support.
We are looking for dedicated, warm hearted professionals who want more than just a job. This is a role for people who value presence, empathy and making a real difference – often in quiet, powerful ways.

What is Hospice at Home?
Our Hospice at Home community teams support patients and families during the most precious and challenging moments of their lives, providing compassionate, skilled care that allows people to remain in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by familiarity, dignity and love.
Working as part as a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver truly person centred care, supporting patients at the end of their lives and their families.

Working as a team You'll be a part of a strong team of people who are there to support you, as well as working with the wider team in delivering different elements of care.
