Our Support Hubs

Being diagnosed with a life-limiting illness can make you feel very alone.   Our Support Hubs provide a space for you, and those important to you, to meet others who are going through a similar experience, for a friendly chat and a wellbeing activity.  They are drop-in and free to attend.  Our team will also be on hand to talk you through support in your local area that may benefit you.

What can I expect? Examples of wellbeing activities that take place at Support Hubs are chair exercise, collage, flower arranging, and talks on nutrition. 

Who can I bring? You can attend on your own, or with a family member, friend or carer.   

It's free! Our services are free thanks to the generosity of our local community who fund 86% of our services.

      Our CompassionART Cafés

      Our CompassionART Cafés are a safe space for you to get together with others who understand and express yourself through art.  They are drop-in and free to attend.
