“It feels nice to be out and amongst people who understand. There are people from Rennie Grove Peace there too, so I know I can chat with them, and they can put me in touch with other types of local support, if I need it.”
Our Support Hubs

What can I expect? Examples of wellbeing activities that take place at Support Hubs are chair exercise, collage, flower arranging, and talks on nutrition.

Who can I bring? You can attend on your own, or with a family member, friend or carer.

It's free! Our services are free thanks to the generosity of our local community who fund 86% of our services.
