As we near the end of the year, I want to say a huge thank you for your support over the past 12 months. Whether you’ve made regular donations, taken part in a fundraising event or activity, found your own unique way to give or shopped in one of our shops or online platforms, we are so grateful for your support.  

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve been able to continue providing compassionate care to people in our community when they need it most in their own homes, at one of our centres or on our inpatient unit. You’ve helped us be there for patients and families during some of life’s most difficult moments, and the difference that makes can’t be overstated.  

So from all of us, thank you for supporting us this year. We couldn’t do it without you. 

We wish you a peaceful and happy festive season – however you choose to spend it – and we look forward to another year of making a difference, together.
