Advance Care Planning course

Thinking about the future can be difficult, but we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.

At this free course, our trained healthcare professional will help you:

• Explore your preferences for future care
• Communicate your wishes with confidence
• Make choices that reflect what matters most to you

Come alone or with a loved one—this is a safe space to talk, reflect, and plan ahead.

The course runs for 3 weeks on a Wednesday at Grove House in St Albans and Peace Hospice in Watford, from 1pm to 3pm.

Courses will go ahead when there’s enough interest to make them possible—we appreciate your understanding.
