Christmas Wreath Making Workshop Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions below for the Christmas Wreath Making Workshop 2025 before booking this event.

General 

• The Christmas Wreath Making Workshop will be held on Thursday 4 December, 7pm – 9pm 2025 at Grove House, Waverly Road, St Albans and Monday 8 December 2025 at Peace Hospice, Peace Drive, Watford.
• Tickets can be bought via our website https://renniegrovepeace.org/get-involved/fundraising-events/whats-on/christmas-wreath-making-workshop/
  Proceeds from the event will go to Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care.
• Participants must bring a pair of secateurs.
• If you have an allergies, please make sure you inform us in advance.
• Rennie Grove Peace wishes to use photographs, video footage, or other records of this event which may include images featuring you or members of your team. By taking part, you confirm that you grant Rennie Grove Peace permission to use these images for any of its marketing purposes in all and any media, in their original format or edited or altered in any way which Rennie Grove Peace thinks appropriate, and that you do not object to the storing and use of copies of the images. 
• Tickets are non-refundable. If for any reason we have to cancel the event, we will offer a full refund.
• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for event-related communications. By booking, you also have the option to opt in to receive marketing emails about regular news and updates and how to get involved. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time via the link provided at the bottom of each email.
• Rennie Grove Peace may use information that we hold about you for the purposes
  of communicating essential information about the event and dealing with
  emergency situations during the event. Please address any questions, comments
  and requests regarding our data processing practices to Data Protection Officer,
  Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, Rennie House, Unit 3, Icknield Way Industrial
  Estate, Tring, HP23 4JX.
• Please note that by accepting these Terms and Conditions you give us permission to
  contact you for the purposes of communicating about this event. This permission
  will override any previous instruction you may have given us to “unsubscribe” your
  details from our database.
