Supporting yourself and preparing for loss

A friendly online workshop where you can talk about how it feels to care for someone with a life-limiting illness, and the challenges that can come with it.

Supporting yourself and preparing for loss

A safe and supportive space to share your experiences, feel heard, and learn ways to take care of your own wellbeing while supporting someone you love. This might be soon after a diagnosis, as things begin to change, or near the end of their life.

In this online workshop, you will have the chance to:

  • Reflect on your own experiences
  • Understand the different emotions you may be feeling
  • Think about how to prepare for an uncertain time ahead

Who can attend? Adults who are supporting a loved one through a life limiting illness and are linked with Rennie Grove Peace

It's free! All our support is free of charge thanks to the generosity of our local community who fund the majority of our services.
