‘Elements of the Outside’ wellbeing workshop
We are delighted to be partnering with Green Connections CIC to run new wellbeing workshops at our Living Well Centres. These are open to people diagnosed with a progressive life-limiting illness.
A one-off wellbeing session where you will be guided gently through a relaxing combination of movement, craft and nature-themed activities, designed to provide joy and relaxation. Open to Rennie Grove Peace service users, families and carers.
“I loved how the activities we shared brought interaction with each other. I enjoyed every aspect of the course from the guided meditation outdoors, to origami folding to make bulb pots and then interpreting those actions into movement. It all fitted together seamlessly and connected in a way I hadn’t expected.
I have attended many courses for different activities over the years including teaching some myself and I can honestly say I have never attended a course where each participant has had as much individual interaction as this in such a short space of time”
“You see the same people every day when you’re ill. Today it was nice to see different people”
“I loved the creative movement. It was something new and different. A good way to move”
Please keep an eye out for information about our next planned session – spring/summer 2026.
