Supporting wellbeing after a bereavement
The Navigating Grief webinar series will help participants:
- Better understand anxiety and depression during bereavement
- Learn practical ways to manage anxiety and low mood
- Explore techniques to support emotional wellbeing
- Take part in guided reflection and discussion
- Feel less alone during a difficult time
Who can attend?
The series is open to people whose loved one was cared for by Rennie Grove Peace and who have been bereaved within the last six months.
Participants are asked to attend both sessions, as the programme has been designed as a two-part course.
