This two-part Navigating Grief webinar series aims to:
- Increase your understanding of anxiety and depression through the lens of bereavement
- Introduce techniques for managing symptoms of anxiety and low mood
- Provide coping strategies and tips for maintaining wellbeing
- Provide time for discussion and reflection
- Support you in feeling less isolated
Who can attend? Recently bereaved family and close friends (within the 6 months) of people who have been cared for by Rennie Grove Peace.

How do I sign up?
If you’d like to sign up to our two-part webinar series, please get in touch
We ask that anyone who wishes to join the webinars is recently bereaved (within the last 6 months) and has a connection to Rennie Grove Peace (a family member or close friend) and that they are able to attend both parts of the webinar series.
There will be a maximum group size of eight people in each webinar group, providing a confidential and safe space to learn together.
There is no charge to take part in this Webinar.
