Support Hub: Amersham

Being diagnosed with a life-limiting illness can feel lonely – but you don’t have to face it alone.

Our Support Hub in Amersham is a warm, welcoming place for people living with a life-limiting illness, including those who are frail due to age, where you can meet others going through similar experiences, have a friendly chat, and enjoy some fun and relaxing activities – all completely free.

Take part in gentle chair exercise, get creative with collage or flower arranging, or join a talk on subjects like nutrition – all designed to lift your spirits and help you feel more connected.

You’re welcome to come on your own or bring along a family member, friend, or carer.

There is no need to book, just drop in, make new connections, and find out about the local support available to you. We’d love to see you there!
