About our Chilterns Lifestyle Centre, Amersham Support Hub
Our Support Hubs provide a space where people affected by the diagnosis of a progressive life-limiting illness can drop in to meet others for a friendly chat, a drink, and a wellbeing activity
There is no need to book, so please just come along.
- Every third Monday of the month*, 2.30pm-4.30pm
- You can attend on your own, or with a family member, friend, or carer.
- Free refreshments are provided.
- A wellbeing activity is included at each session.

Parking
Paid parking is available on site.
Bus stop
Amersham Leisure Centre bus stop on Chiltern Avenue is a 3 minute walk away.
“It feels nice to be out and amongst people who understand. There are people from Rennie Grove Peace at the Support Hub too, so I know I can chat with them, and they can put me in touch with other types of local support, if I need it.”

Patricia and George’s Story
Patricia and George receive support through our Compassionate Neighbour programme. For additional respite, Patricia also attends a local Support Hub to spend time with others who are in similar positions.
