Make an impact in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire
Our Community Engagement team would like to extend and deliver more of our services to reach anyone who is facing a life-threatening illness or bereavement. A lot of this is only possible in partnership with local groups and organisations.
Extending our services might include providing a space or working in partnership with us to delivery our Compassionate Communities services.
It might be to work in partnership with us to deliver a service in our Inpatient care, Bereavement support, or in Outpatient, Rehabilitation & Supportive Care services.
We will develop new ideas through liaison with identified groups. Collaboration will ensure that people in all of our different communities receive the best possible care available.
