- Living Well patient

Like all Rennie Grove Peace services, our Living Well Programme is completely free of charge. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided at a cost of £5.

We can deliver the services thanks to the generosity of the local community. In short, donations, charity shop income and fundraising events cover around two thirds of our running costs. If you would like to make a donation, please click below.

Any healthcare professional involved in your care, including your GP, can refer you.  Ask for a referral to the Living Well Programme which is run by Rennie Grove Peace outpatient services.

OR

You can refer yourself either by contacting our Coordination Centre on 01923 60 60 30 or coordinationcentre@renniegrovepeace.org. The Coordination Centre is open 7 days per week, 8am – 6pm.

Before commencing care we will do an assessment to determine if the support we can provide matches your needs.

If you live in Buckinghamshire and can’t easily get to Grove House in St Albans, we can refer you to a similar service closer to home. This wouldn’t prevent us from supporting you in other ways through our community-based services.
