Likely hours 2 hours on a Thursday afternoon (6-week course)
Do you have time to support our patients to get out and about and improve their wellbeing with some gentle exercise?
Nordic walking is a face-to-face 6-week programme for participants who are being inactive to active in a gentle way. It is run by a qualified Nordic walking instructor, and you will be supporting participants who are referred into this one-off program, once a week on Thursdays
