This week we are celebrating Hospice Care Week.
This year’s theme is We Are Hospice Care, and the week is a chance for us to celebrate all the incredible people that make up a hospice and the importance, for hospice care providers nationally, to ensure roles within our organisations are filled. We are supporting the week by shining a spotlight on just some of the people who make our care happen, across a wide range of services.
