Rennie Grove Peace care for adults
Our care for adults diagnosed with a life-limiting illness is available at no charge within Herts and Bucks.
Our care for adults is organised into specialist services which work collaboratively to deliver a holistic lifeline of support. People are first matched with the service which best meets their immediate needs, with support from our other services brought on board as needed. This enables us to provide flexible, responsive care from diagnosis through to recovery or end of life.
You can find out more about how we support adults and their families at different stages of illness below.
