Advance Care Planning course (3 week course)

Thinking about the future can be difficult, but we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.

At this three-week course, one of our trained healthcare professionals will help you:

• Explore your preferences for future care
• Communicate your wishes with confidence
• Make choices that reflect what matters most to you

Come alone or with a loved one – this is a safe space to talk, reflect, and plan ahead.

The course is free and  runs for three consecutive weeks on a Wednesday at Grove House in St Albans, from 1pm to 3pm.
