Scar Therapy (Fridays)

If you have a scar that feels tight, sore, or uncomfortable, this gentle hands-on treatment can help. Scar Therapy focuses on softening the tissue and improving movement. It may:

• Relieve pain or pulling sensations
• Help with lumpy or red scars
• Improve flexibility around the area
• Support better healing in new scars
