About our Support Hubs

Our Support Hubs provide a welcoming space for anyone affected by the diagnosis of a life-limiting illness, as well as carers and family members. It is an opportunity to connect with others who are going through the same experience and offers a chance to engage in activities that help cope with the diagnosis and improve emotional and physical wellbeing.

Our trained volunteers and staff will always be on hand to provide signposting to services, support, and information.

There is no need to book, so please just come along.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with our Compassionate Communities team on 01923 33 03 30 or get in touch via our enquiry form
