- We offer competitive salaries – all roles are benchmarked against the external market and against the NHS pay structure for clinical employees.

- Protected with Life Assurance – 2 x salary paid in the event of death for eligible employees up to age 75.

Achieving a work-life balance is important. We want you to enjoy your work and take valuable time out to relax and be with your loved ones. We enable this through the following:
- Flexible working including hybrid, part time and job share (depending on role requirements).
- Generous holiday entitlement* – 27 days per annum, plus bank holidays. Increasing to 30 days at 5 years and 33 days at 10 years service.
