Herts 10k, 5k and Fun Run Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Competition Overview
Participants of the Herts 10k, 5k and fun run have the chance to win an upgrade to the VIP tent experience by entering a prize draw.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to all participants that have signed up between 01 April, 2024, and September 13, 2024, for the Herts 10k, 5k and fun run
Only one entry per participant is permitted.
3. How to Enter
Participants will automatically be entered into the competition upon registering for the Herts 10k, 5k and fun run before 22 September 2024
No additional purchase or action is necessary beyond registration for the run.
4. Competition Dates
Closing Date: Entries will close on September 22, 2024, at 11:59pm
5. Selection of Winners
A total of 2 winners will be selected at random using an online random name generator tool.
The draw will take place on September 23, 2024.
6. Prize Details
Two winners will each receive one upgraded entry each to the VIP tent at the Herts 10k, 5k and fun run
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
7. Winner Notification
All winners will be contacted via the email address provided during their registration by September 24, 2024.
Winners must respond within 48 hours to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
If a winner does not respond within the stipulated time, an alternative winner will be selected using the same random process.
8. Prize Distribution
Winners will be emailed details of how to access the VIP tent and any other instructions.
9. General Conditions
The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy.
