The Great British Skinny Dip returns to Chalfont St Peter in June with the Diogenes Sun Club again holding an event to raise funds for Rennie Grove Peace.  If you are looking for a challenge that takes you outside of your comfort zone and doesn’t involve jumping out of a plane or running 10K then the skinny dip could be just the activity for you!

We are asking everyone who takes part to commit to raise a minimum of £74 in sponsorship which can pay for 2 hours of nursing care.  If you would like any help with fundraising, please get in touch with the Community Fundraising team on 01442 89 02 22.

The event is well managed by the club, who are aware it is the first time the attendees have experienced a naturist club. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, attendees meet selected members of the club and then uncover from their robes at a selected time in the day and all jump in the pool. Then it’s time to relax on the patio and enjoy refreshments, cakes and chat.

The Diogenes Sun Club

Diogenes Sun Club logo The Diogenes Sun Club is one of the UK’s top family friendly naturist clubs, fabulous facilities and perfectly position out of London. It has indoor and outdoor pools and beautiful grounds.

Attendees have the chance to experience a naturist club, challenge themselves and face their fears in a friendly and welcoming environment all whilst raising funds to support our nursing care.

The event is at no cost to the charity as the Diogenes Sun Club offer the venue to Rennie Grove Peace to raise funds and help promote the club to gain new members.

What is the Great British Skinny Dip?

The overall aim of the Great British Skinny Dip is for people to develop a healthy attitude towards their bodies by realising that a healthy body doesn’t mean looking like an athlete or a catwalk model. It’s all about learning to love your body whatever it looks like.

So why not take a step towards building a more positive view of body image.
